Before becoming a therapist, she worked in artist management and music marketing, giving her firsthand insight into the pace, pressure, and relationship dynamics of creative careers.

Today, she supports musicians, artists, executives, managers, crew, and creative professionals through therapy, coaching, workshops, and education. Her approach is warm, practical, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical training and real-world industry experience.
