Supporting Creative & Entertainment Professionals

Therapy informed by firsthand experience of the industry.

I support clients navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, imposter syndrome, career transitions, relational challenges, grief, and self-worth.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in the music and entertainment industry in artist management, marketing, and touring.

I understand firsthand the pressures of balancing creativity, performance, professional demands, and personal well-being. I bring that lived industry perspective into my clinical work, offering therapy that is both evidence-based and deeply attuned to the realities of creative and entertainment careers.

Before the Therapy Room

More than a decade inside music and entertainment.

Artists and performers may be navigating public visibility, performance pressure, creative blocks, touring, and the demand to keep producing.

Managers, executives, and industry professionals may be carrying high-stakes decisions, responsibility for others, difficult workplace dynamics, and the feeling that they can never fully switch off.

You should not have to spend half of therapy explaining how the industry works before you can begin talking about what it is doing to you.

My Approach to Therapy

Integrative, collaborative, and grounded in the whole person.

My therapeutic approach blends relational exploration with practical, evidence-based tools.

Together, we’ll identify patterns, build sustainable coping strategies, and create meaningful changes that support both healing and growth.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing can help address distressing experiences and patterns that continue to shape how you feel and respond in the present.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help identify unhelpful thought cycles and build more balanced, flexible ways of responding.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, mindfulness, and boundaries.

EFIT

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy helps explore emotional patterns, attachment needs, and the ways relationships shape your sense of self.

Trauma Resiliency Model

Body-based regulation tools can help build nervous-system awareness, stability, and resilience.

Integrative Support

I also incorporate mindfulness, parts work, relational therapy, and nervous-system regulation strategies when appropriate. My goal is to tailor therapy to the individual rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Specialized Clinical Experience

Eating disorder and body image care informed by higher levels of treatment.

That experience informs my holistic and individualized approach to eating disorder treatment, body image concerns, and the emotional complexity of recovery.

My work is grounded in Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating principles. I help clients develop a more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies while cultivating resilience, flexibility, and self-acceptance.

When appropriate, I collaborate with eating disorder dietitians, psychiatrists, physicians, and other medical providers to help ensure comprehensive support.
