Support for the humans behind extraordinary work.
Industry-informed therapy and coaching for musicians, creatives, entertainment professionals, executives, and leaders navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, and career change.
Creative careers can be meaningful and incredibly demanding.
You may love what you do and still feel anxious, depleted, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of it.
- You are successful on paper but privately overwhelmed.
- Your work and identity have become difficult to separate.
- You are always available, responsible, or expected to be “on.”
- You reached an important milestone and still do not feel the way you expected to feel.
- You are considering a change but are afraid of losing everything you have worked toward.
Before I became a therapist, I worked in music.
I spent years working in artist management, music marketing, and entertainment before becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I saw how ambition, uncertainty, long hours, public pressure, complicated relationships, and constant availability could affect the people behind creative careers.
That experience now shapes how I work as a therapist and coach. You do not need to spend half the session explaining the culture, the schedule, or why your work feels so deeply personal.
Support for the personal and professional parts of your life.
Our work is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your actual circumstances. You do not need to arrive with the perfect explanation or a neatly organized set of goals.
Therapy for Musicians, Creatives and Entertainment Professionals
Virtual therapy throughout California, with limited in-person availability in Los Angeles, for anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, perfectionism, eating disorders, body image, relationships, identity shifts, and life transitions.
Executive, Leadership and Career Coaching
Coaching for entertainment professionals, executives, founders, and creative leaders navigating demanding roles, workplace dynamics, burnout, difficult decisions, career transitions, and values-based leadership.
Thoughtful support without another expectation to perform.
Therapy and coaching should feel responsive to the person in the room, not limited to a one-size-fits-all process.
Collaborative
We will make sense of what is happening together and adapt the work to your needs, priorities, and goals.
Practical
Alongside deeper exploration, we can develop tools and strategies you can use in your everyday life.
Grounded
We move at a pace that respects your life, your work, your history, and your current capacity.
The problem rarely fits into one neat category.
We can look at the whole picture, including your work, identity, relationships, nervous system, history, health, and current circumstances.
Let’s start with a conversation.
A free consultation gives us a chance to talk about what is bringing you in, answer your questions, and determine whether therapy or coaching together feels like the right fit.
