Therapy for Eating Disorders

If you’re struggling with an eating disorder, whether it’s anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, or you’re feeling stuck in disordered eating patterns with constant food noise, body image concerns, and self-judgment around eating, you’re not alone. You deserve support, and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.

I’m a licensed therapist with specialized training and experience in eating disorder treatment and helping clients navigate body image issues. Before transitioning to private practice, I worked in PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) levels of care at an eating disorder treatment center, supporting individuals at various stages of recovery. That experience deeply informs my understanding of the complexity and nuance of eating disorders and the importance of individualized, trauma-informed care.

Now in private practice, I help teens and adults build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, eating, and their bodies through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

My approach is collaborative and comprehensive. I often work as part of a treatment team with eating disorder dietitians, psychiatrists, and medical providers to ensure clients receive well-rounded support.

Using principles from Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating, I help clients challenge food rules, quiet their inner critic, and reconnect with their bodies in a more compassionate and sustainable way. We’ll also explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your relationship with food and body image—and work toward lasting, meaningful change.

I recognize that eating concerns rarely exist in isolation. Many of my clients also navigate anxiety, depression, or trauma, and I bring an integrative lens to support your full mental and emotional well-being.

I offer a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all bodies are welcome. Whether you're just beginning to question your eating behaviors or are seeking ongoing eating disorder recovery support, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace.
